Drawn links to cartoonist Gavin Ewing and his amazing project: Drawing comic characters from A-Z. That’s his “C Is for Captain Haddock.”
Which fictional sport should be at the Olympics? NY Metro’s Vulture Blog posts a highly entertaining list here. My vote’s for Pyramid!
A long-lost pilot for a Buffy the Vampire Slayer animated pilot leaks to Youtube, and Underwire has the goods.
Over at MTV’s Splash Page, comics luminaries including Grant Morrison, Geoff Johns, and Tim Sale speculate on who the next Batman movie villain should be. Vote in the comments—and include your casting choices!

There is nothing - NOTHING - that will get my attention quicker than a cursing Captain Haddock. While the A-Z is really amazing, the true find is The Rainbow Connection, an online strip that I hadn't seen before now. I already checked Amazon UK to see about ordering my copy, and it's not available yet. Damn!
Yes, Captain Haddock!! Billions of Blue Blistering Barnacles!
Also, wow? Didn't know there was an animated Buffy pilot! Wish they had made a full episode so I could get more of a feel for it. As is, I don't think it really delved into the greatness that Joss infused in his other works. It falls a little flat, but man! they could have done so many cool story lines their live action series never would have been able to pull off.
I like the Olympic games link. I'm all for playing some Pyramid. I would also like to see The Game from Piers Anthony's series played, but that would be more like a mini Olympics.
