On the Fringe

Fringe Poster

I rarely watch television. Writing, doing web development and reading just capture my imagination better than the age old tube. I do watch Smallville (who doesn’t want to be Superman?). I do watch The Office (been in that office before, done it, like to laugh at my old self). I do watch My Name Is Earl (can’t let go my redneck sensibilities, ye understand? yee haw!).

I’ll be watching the Terry Goodkind television show Legend of the Seeker out of curiosity on November 1st.

But I am really excited for what premieres tomorrow night!

J.J. Abrams, the man responsible for bringing us Lost, Alias, Mission Impossible III (which I really enjoyed), Cloverfield and soon the new Star Trek prequel, will release on Fox his new show called Fringe! It appears to be contemporary sci-fi along the lines of the X-Files.

X-Files for a new generation? Perhaps! We’ll have to wait and see. Watch Fringe with me tomorrow! And let’s talk about it!

I received an early review copy and thought it was excellent! Very X-Files, but more fun.

Great! Now I really can't wait for it!

Chick, you get to have all the fun. :)
