Books came out yesterday? Between Assassin's Creed 2 and Star Trek I hadn't noticed... :)

I have to admit, Assassin's Creed 2 is much better than the original. I loved the idea of Assassin's Creed, but the execution was pretty bad. While there were some great moments, I found the game repetitive and boring after a while. AC2 is what I had hoped the original would have been - it's great so far.

Have a fun week.

Haha, yeah movies and games were definitely the highlight this week. But the number of paperbacks that came out was RIDICULOUS, I mean over 60 just for this week. I had to modify the intro line to "some" because if I had listed all of them it would have put the post on the next page!

Whoa, whoa, whoa...wait a minute. Did I just read this correctly? There was a book published yesterday by the title of Jailbait Zombie?

Jailbait Zombie?

I'm ashamed to say I'm about to google this title (possibly from someone else's computer, though) to find out exactly what's going on here, though I have to admit that it's a stroke of genius to name it that. I mean, of all the things on this list, that one cut through the rest.

This must also be a sign that, with so many internet shoppers, we can name books whatever the heck we please. Can you imagine walking up to the check out counter with Jailbait Zombie in tow? You might wrap it in a magazine*.

Anyway, I couldn't let that pass without commenting. I wonder if it'll be followed up with something like Webcam Werewolves. Actually...I hope not.

*I worked in book retail once, I know how these things are done. "Oh, well, how'd that get in there? Well, I guess I'll just buy it to keep you from having to reshelve it." Uh huh.
