So, if you've been reading the blog then you know that Stephen King & Peter Straub's The Talisman is being adapted to a graphic novel. Savvy readers will also know that more and more authors (Laurell K. Hamilton, Terry Pratchett, Dean Koontz, and Jim Butcher come immediately to mind) are allowing their works to be re-imagined through the comics lens.
So, here's my question to you - if you were in control of things, what book (or books) would you like to see translated into a graphic novel edition?
Personally, I would like to see Alan Dean Foster's The Taken Trilogy adapted. Or anything by Philip K. Dick (if this has already been done - please tell me, so I can buy! And I'm talking about other than Through A Scanner Darkly, which was mostly screen captures from the movie.).

The Word/Void series by Terry Brooks. I think that'd be fun.
I would LOVE to see Jasper Fforde's Thursday Next novels in comic form. Oh my goodness it would be amazing!
As much as I think that the original source material is always the best way to experience something, with the right artist, I would love to see Naomi Novik's 'Temeraire' series in graphic novel form (His Majesty's Dragon, The Throne of Jade, the Black Powder War, and... that's all I've read). The aerial battles alone between all the different dragons and ships would be worth it
Temeraire is such an enjoyable series, it's true.
