What happened to the library?
There are no ebooks here. Well, OK, 5 ebooks. What happened to all the previous ebooks? A library doesn't just delete their catalog every couple of months.
Perhaps you should re-title the web page to SUVUDU free sample ebooks, it would be more honest.

Libraries purge their content all of the time. How else do you explain them getting new books in for you to check out and yet never growing beyond their own walls?
That said, every time we return those books back to their rightful authors who generously supplied them, we give a heads up about it on Suvudu several days before they disappear. Like this post on November 25, 2009, for example:

In short, definitely take advantage of the books while they are up on the website, downloading them as quickly as you can. Because after a month or two, they will be replaced with new free ebooks.

Sorry Shawn, I realize my previous post is somewhat like looking gift horses in the mouth. I appreciate that some authors may choose to only release free copies of their books for a short time.
My quibble (and it is only a quibble) is with the use of the word Library. While libraries may purge their content regularly I doubt that any library worthy of the name would only contain 5 books nor would I expect a library with such a limited offering to purge their content so rapidly.
In any case I do appreciate your efforts to give us access to some wonderful ebooks and authors.
