  Given how tipsy I am right now, I may not think of every example of this, but I can describe the archetype. You'll have to remind me of other examples. I've identified strongly with Polgara from Eddings and with Cimerone from Wrede.   Since I'm a bookworm and a slacker with reddish bushy hair I think I could be one of Ron and Hermione's kids but, in for actual characters, Min Farshaw, Brin Ohmsford and, Arya Stark strong, smart, independent women who take care of themselves....

  unfortunately i would have to say that villains compose a lot of my psyche. certainly tyrion lannister of SOIAF is one because i plot and scheme a lot, although i am loyal if nothing else. king obould many arrows from the Drizz't books is another because i do resort to bullying from time to time and, if its not too arrogant, i am the only one who seems to know what he's doing most of the time. if there's a good guy i identify with its harry dresden because every damn time i get close something happens to ruin it...of...
