- How To Enter
To enter, you must complete and submit all required fields in the Suvudu 365 Days of Manga Sweepstakes form between 12:01 AM EDT and 12:00 AM EDT any day during the Sweepstakes period, between September 16, 2009 and September 16, 2010. In order to be eligible for entry, you must be 18 years of age or older on the date of your entry. If you complete and submit all required fields in the Suvudu 365 Days of Manga Sweepstakes form, you will be entered in a raffle for that day to win a prize pack containing five (5) manga titles, to be selected at random, from Jason Thompson's personal manga library. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person (regardless of whether a person has more than one e-mail address) per e-mail address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address) per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are delayed by computer transmission. Entries that are late will not be accepted. - Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older on the date of their entry, beginning on September 16, 2009. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Random House, Inc., its parent company, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates; advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies; and their immediate family members and persons living in their households are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. - Prizes
There will be up to three hundred and sixty five (365) Winners, one for each day during the Sweepstakes period. Each Winner will receive a prize pack containing five (5) manga titles (ARV $10.99 per title), to be selected at random, from Jason Thompson's personal manga library. The approximate retail value of each prize pack is $54.95. If for any reason all or part of the prize is not available or cannot be fulfilled, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including, but not limited to, cash equivalent. Taxes, if any, are the Winner's sole responsibility. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be assigned. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor as set forth above. - Winner
A Winner will be selected at random each day of the Sweepstakes from the pool of eligible entrants for that day. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Winners for a particular week (Monday through Friday) will be notified the following Monday by Jason Thompson or Suvudu, except in the case that such day is a holiday, in which case the Winners will be notified the following Monday. The prize will be awarded in the name of the Winners. Failure by a Winner to respond to e-mail notification within three (3) days, regardless of whether such failure is due to personal, physical, digital or any other reason, will result in forfeiture of the prize. Each Winner will have to provide a mailing address to receive the prize. Once a Winner has been confirmed to receive the prize, that Winner will not be eligible to re-enter the Sweepstakes. - Reservations
By participating, entrants and Winner agree that Jason Thompson, Random House, Inc., and its parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and suppliers will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by entrants and Winner for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any of the prizes, or participation in this Sweepstakes. By accepting the prize, the Winner consents to the use of the Winner's name, likeness, and biographical data for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law). For the names of all of the Winners, available on October 1, 2010, or a copy of these Official Rules (please specify), please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Suvudu.com, 365 Days of Manga Sweepstakes, 1745 Broadway, MD: 8-2, New York, NY 10019. Washington and Vermont residents may omit return postage.
