- How To Enter
To enter, submit a summary of the ending to the episode "A Monster at the End of this Book," from the television show Supernatural on the CW network, to info@suvudu.com between 10:01 PM EDT April 2, 2009 and 12:00 AM EDT on April 7, 2009. If you summarize the end of the episode correctly, you will be entered in a raffle to win a prize pack containing one (1) Grand Prize Winner and two (2) Second Place Winners. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize pack containing one (1) Supernatural Season One Companion Guide (ARV $14.95), one (1) Supernatural Season Two Companion Guide (ARV $14.95), and one (1) Supernatural Season Three Companion Guide (ARV $14.95) or a runners-up prize of one (1) Supernatural Season Three Companion Guide. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person (regardless of whether a person has more than one e-mail address) per e-mail address (regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address) for the duration of the Contest. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry. The authorized e-mail account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical, or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are delayed by computer transmission. Entries that are late will not be accepted. - Eligibility
This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older on April 2, 2009. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Random House, Inc., its parent company, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates; advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies; and their immediate family members and persons living in their households are not eligible to enter this Contest. - Prizes
There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner and two (2) Second Place Winners. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a prize pack containing one (1) Supernatural Season One Companion Guide (ARV $14.95), one (1) Supernatural Season Two Companion Guide (ARV $14.95), and one (1) Supernatural Season Three Companion Guide (ARV $14.95), Each Second Place Winner will receive one (1) Supernatural Season Three Companion Guide (ARV $14.95). If for any reason all or part of the prize is not available or cannot be fulfilled, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including, but not limited to, cash equivalent. Taxes, if any, are the Winner's sole responsibility. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be assigned. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor as set forth above. - Winner
The Winners will be selected at random from the pool of applicants who correctly summarize the ending to the episode "A Monster at the End of this Book," from the television show Supernatural on the CW network. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received. The Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about April 8, 2009. The prizes will be awarded in the name of the Winners. Failure by a Winner to respond to e-mail notification within three (3) days, regardless of whether such failure is due to personal, physical, digital or any other reason, will result in forfeiture of the prize. Each Winner will have to provide a mailing address to receive the prize. - Reservations
By participating, entrants and Winner agree that Random House, Inc., and its parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and suppliers will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by entrants and Winners for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any of the prizes, or participation in this Contest. By accepting the prize, the Winners consent to the use of the Winners' names, likenesses, and biographical data for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law).
